We're Moving!
From West Coast sunsets to East Coast sunrises, Nelson is moving his home and art studio across the country!
It's been a long time in the works, but Nelson and his California studios are finally picking up and moving across the continent. From CA to FL, this is a big move and a big change.
The next few weeks will carry a lot of excitement, a lot of coordination, and a lot of work, but the whole Nelson Makes Art team is beyond excited to move into a beautiful new studio space.
So, with all that happening in the next month+, don't be surprised if the posts get a little shorter (like this one) and a little further apart. We will be back! We just need to get settled into our new Florida home, so Nelson can start making more beautiful art.
In the meantime, have you seen the amazing collaborations that Amy and Nelson have been working on lately?
Some pieces are poured art resin on natural surfaces (like the wood cutting boards), some are art resin in molds (like the sea turtles), and others are art resin on canvas that's then embellished with paint (like the canvasses). They made their debut at the recent ArtFest Midwest show, and were a huge hit!
We'll be working to get this style of pieces listed on the online store over the next few months, so keep an eye out!
